Archaeology of the Future II - Tsuyoshi Tane

Architecture is the most straightforward human endeavour for building the future, a clear message delivered in this first anthology of work by Tsuyoshi Tane, an architect based in Paris and Japan. It presents seventeen of his major works, each analysed through concepts, images, and drawings. Included is his debut international project with DGT Architects co-founders Lina Ghotmeh and Dan Dorell – the Estonian National Museum, a stunning wedge of glass built on a former Soviet airbase near Tartu – as well as the Todoroki House in Valley, a recent project in Tokyo. The book reveals Tane’s thought process and approach in materialising the “archaeology of the future”.
