Genoa Salami is a rich, Italian-style cured meat known for its robust flavor and fine blend of spices. Perfect for charcuterie boards or layered in sandwiches. When ordering Genoa pre-sliced, it must be shipped overnight as it is not shelf stable. If you are ordering our sliced and chubs combined, please create 2 different orders. The chubs will ship out 3 day, the sliced will be overnighted and billed to the retailer.
